Shipping

Lord Violet ships with Canada Post - in the cases of US and International orders, your package will be transferred at the boarded to your country's mailing service. 

Delivery times are estimates and despite best efforts, cannot be guaranteed.  Delivery time will also depend on the delivery method you choose. Please ensure to carefully select your desired shipping option during checkout, and note the timeline, and tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Times 

North America (Canada)

  • 5-14 business days - No Tracking FREE on orders $50+
  • 4-5 Business Days - With Tracking FREE on orders $100+
  • ExpressPost - 1-2 Business Days - With Tracking

North America (United States) 

  • 6-12 Business Days - No Tracking
  •  5-13 Business Days - With Tracking: FREE on orders $100+
  • ExpressPost - 2-3 Business Days - With Tracking

International:

  • Regular: 4-8 weeks - No Tracking
  • Express: 1-2 weeks - With Tracking

 Once your order is placed, you will receive an automated confirmation email, and once shipped, you will receive a second email confirming the shipment with tracking information if applicable.

We offer tracked options! The shipping options with tracking are strongly encouraged.  Shipping without tracking is reliable, but there is still risk that your package could get lost in the mail. In the case that your package gets lost, we will do everything we can to help you locate it, but ultimately Lord Violet is not responsible for these loses.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Delays due to customs may occur and are not included in shipping times.

 

Returns and Exchanges

Lord Violet will gladly accept returns and exchanges. 

In the case you wish to inquire for either please contact me within 14 days of delivery.

Items must then be shipped back (at cost of buyer) within 30 days of delivery.

 Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged, unless received damaged.
